These Terms of Use (hereinafter "Terms") govern access to and use of the website anih.com (hereinafter "the Website"), owned by Maman Brigitte Annie, sole trader operating under the artist name Anih.
Accessing the Website implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms. The publisher reserves the right to amend them at any time; amendments take effect upon publication online.

The Website is freely accessible to any user with an internet connection. The publisher makes every effort to maintain accessibility but cannot guarantee permanent availability, in particular due to maintenance operations, updates or technical issues beyond its control.
